As a service to our customers, we do not participate in any direct repair programs. This is because in exchange for insurance companies sending a body shop customers, they expect to be in control of the repair. Most insurance company direct repair programs ask for corners to be cut, and as a result, some repairs are not safe and some devalue the car. The direct repair shop does not have control over the repair, because if they do not do what they are told by the insurance company, the shop is cut from the program.
